Beautiful ring and EXCELENT customer service!

I ordered 10 rings for my wedding, for myself, groomsmen and a few others. The rings were in memory of my late brother, similar to a ring I had of his and lost. The rings were perfect, well made, substantial, high quality all around. Unfortunately more than half my groomsmen had their ring sizes incorrect and I needed to exchange many of the rings. This took quite some time as I had to get the rings back from the groomsmen and get all of their exact sizes. By the time I had them all the exchange period had passed but Reytel has worked with me every step to get them returned and new rings of the correct size will be on the way soon. Excellent customer service.

Thank you, Jay, for trusting us with such meaningful rings for your wedding. We're honoured they helped remember your brother. We're glad you were pleased with their quality and that our team could support you through the sizing exchanges.

As advertised!
