I originally purchased this pendant and the Kraftig chain through their site on Shopify. I was able to see the Kraftig chain was “in stock” in my size. Added both to my cart and boom…the chain was not…but my payment was processed and funds withdrawn. I was contacted by a Reytel rep that offered one to be made available in about 45 days or so. Not wanting to wait I opted to order the Tapfer chain and receive a partial refund from the price of the much more expensive Kraftig chain. New chain and cross arrived and they are two different colors. I have attached unedited photos. Also note the sides of the cross. No “R” stamps present like they are in the listing’s video. One of the taglines that the company touts is to look for it…to verify authenticity…looked harder and still not there. I reached out to Reytel and I filled out a return. Once the returned items arrived at their “USA” location, I received an email saying they could make the two items match in color and the cross be modified, I assume to stamp the “R” in multiple places. I told them I wanted a refund which I did receive. Something very noticeable is that neither item was stamped “925”. I’m no metallurgist, but it would be comforting to see that on almost $800 worth of alleged “925 Sterling Silver”. I really liked the sleek designs they offer, I currently have their Tiempo bracelet on my wrist. I just wonder how much photo editing goes into pics on the website and quality control. This is just my experience…just being a real customer writing an honest review of my experience.
