No Unexpected Charges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions:

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Within this period, the customer must contact us, request a return or exchange, generate a return label, and dispatch the parcel.
• Return Conditions:
  Engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. An engraving mockup is provided upon the customer’s request, which must be specified directly in the order.
  - Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  - Original packaging and all accompanying materials must be intact.
  - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
• Important Notice: If a return label has been generated but the parcel is not shipped within the return period stated in our policy, the return will be considered inactive/expired. In such cases, the return label will be automatically cancelled and it will no longer be possible to proceed with the return or exchange.
• Exceptions: Personalized items (engraved, custom-sized, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Additional Information

We take full-responsibility for all packages sent to our customers. Should there be a lost or stolen package, we will do our best to retrieve it, and will offer you a replacement as a worst case.

NOTE: Customers may be required: file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for resolution.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
