The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
FedEx delivery: £10 for orders under £200; free for orders of £200 or more.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days.
- Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Personalised, engraved or custom-sized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return delivery costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
