Tracking is provided for every shipment. A small number of pieces in the final stage of preparation may need up to 7 working days before dispatch; where applicable, this is shown on the product page.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available methods are shown securely at checkout.
The price shown at checkout is the final amount for your order. You will not be asked to pay additional customs duties or handling fees on delivery.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging and accompanying materials. Personalised, engraved or custom-sized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return delivery costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the full process.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, then email us at info@reytel-jewelry.com. We will support the carrier investigation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. You may be asked to provide information needed for the carrier’s claim.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
