Please follow these steps to return your order:
1. Generate your return label
Go to our return portal and generate your return label:

2. Pack your parcel
Carefully pack the items you are returning and attach the generated return label securely to the outside of the parcel.
3. Complete the customs declaration
As the parcel is being sent from the UK to Poland, you will need to complete a customs declaration. Please describe the items inside the parcel and indicate that it is a return.

4. Save and print the customs declaration
Scan the completed document and save it as a file. Please also print one additional copy.
5. Book a FedEx courier pickup
Please arrange a courier pickup directly from your home through the FedEx website. International returns cannot be dropped off at standard FedEx locations.
If you have any difficulties arranging the pickup, our support team can also help you with this.
6. Give the parcel to the courier
When the courier arrives, please hand over the parcel together with the printed customs declaration.
7. Check your email
After the parcel has been collected, please keep an eye on your email. FedEx may sometimes request an additional copy of the customs declaration or some additional information.
8. Return processing
Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse in Poland, we will process your return or exchange, depending on your request.
